Our OG Hexagon 5" Form is perfect for creating trinket dishes, ring holders, small plates, and more!

The OG Hexagon 5" (4 Pack) is great if you are making multiple dishes at once, and is also ideal for instructors looking for a good class project.

The OG Hexagon 5" Form is stackable with our OG Hexagon 3.5" Form, or our OG Hexagon 6.5" Form to create greater depth. 

Clay should be left on the OG forms until stiff, leather-hard. 

Each OG Form has a 45 degree angle edge, and 3/4" depth.
